On May 21, 2021 a group of dedicated members of the South Wake Conservationists assisted North Carolina Museum of Art employees in adding pollinator plants to the Museum’s beautiful Art Park!
On May 16, 2021 six members of the South Wake Conservationists collected 450 pounds of litter along the roadways of the Upper Little River watershed in Lillington, NC. The collection was part of the North Carolina Wildlife Federation’s Trees4Trash initiative. Among the items collected were several tires, metal bed springs and mattresses!
