Eco Kids take note! It is amazing to see all the different colors, sizes, and shapes of moths you can find at night with just a light source and a sheet. It is Moth Week, and our friends at Garner Parks, Recreation, and Cultural Resources are holding a special evening event you won’t want to miss.

Drop in to White Deer Park for a night all about moths! Join in the classroom for fun and educational crafts and activities for all ages, and step outside to learn about and observe moths by lamplight. Any observations you make can help you work towards an NC Moth Count badge! Participants of any age can earn a badge.
