Please join us on Tuesday, December 12, 2023 at Millbrook Magnet Elementary School as we “winterize” some of their pollinator gardens! We will begin at 11:30 a.m. and conclude at 1:30 p.m. Our primary focus will be to cut back dead growth and prepare the perennials for spring. We may mix in some weeding as needed. The school is located at 1520 East Millbrook Road in Raleigh. We will meet at the gardens running parallel to Millbrook Road. There is much construction going on near the school but there should be parking available in the lots behind the school. Please bring water, kneepads and tools suitable for pruning.
