On March 4, 2025 nine South Wake Conservationists had a very productive “workday” preparing the gardens at Millbrook Environmental Connections Elementary School for spring! The school’s gardens were overloaded with dead stalks on most plants. The stalks were clipped and a wide array of beautiful plants are now ready to enjoy the wonders of spring. In addition, we have some very grateful school officials! Many thanks to Beth, Bill, David, Courtney, Susan, Wendy, Bob, Regan and yours truly for a great job!
