Please join us on Friday, April 11, 2025 at Hemlock Bluffs Nature Preserve. We will take a casual “nature walk” with the intent of exploring some of the Preserve’s botanical wonders! We will be led by Eric Pauley. Dr. Pauley has field experience in a variety of environments, including high elevation forests, big river swamps and coastal marshes and forests! We will explore the Preserve’s mixture of southern oak-pine forest, wildflowers of all sorts, and relic species of the last glacial age! We will meet at 10 AM in front of the Nature Center and conclude at noon. Please bring water, appropriate footwear, and a thirst for discovering new facts about nature!
