Students planting at Millbrook Elementary

Join South Wake Conservationists (SWC) and the school’s staff and parents with Millbrook Environmental Connections Magnet School, 1520 E Millbrook Rd, Raleigh, NC 27609, on two workdays, March 12 and 13 at 9 am – 12 pm on both days.  On the 12th, we’ll be spreading mulch on existing pollinator gardens and developing another pollinator and vegetable garden.  The next day on the 13th, we’ll be planting native trees and shrubs in very visible areas of the school grounds.  Volunteers should bring their own mask and be prepared for social distancing during the activities. Please respond for day or days that you will be attending in the RSVP box below.
