Join Us on June 2, 2021 for a Creek Cleanup at Apollo Heights Park!

On Wednesday, June 2, 2021 the South Wake Conservationists will be conducting a creek cleanup at Apollo Heights Park in Raleigh. We will meet at 9:00 a.m. in the parking lot located at 756 Lunar Drive, Raleigh, NC. We will be cleaning the creek that runs along the Walnut Creek Greenway Trail, so please BRING RUBBER BOOTS OR WADERS! Gloves and drinking water are also highly recommended. We will provide trash grabbers and bags! If we make good progress at Apollo Heights, we may also do a litter pickup at nearby Worthdale Park! An event RSVP link is included below!     Sent from my son and his wife will be visiting that week. Regan is against if, but I would love to go back sometime with waders to clean that creek. Bob
