Please join us on Thursday, October 6 at 7:00 PM to get a fresh perspective of how conservation has merged and evolved in the United States and North America. How much progress have we made so far? What has worked, what hasn’t? Dr. Robert Brown will take us through an exploration of the similarities and differences of various approaches to conservation in North America and the biological, geological and political aspects of these approaches.
Dr. Brown is a current member, NWF liaison, and former chair of the NCWF Board of Directors, Fellow and former President of The Wildlife Society, and retired Dean of the College of Natural Resources at NC State University. He is very active in conservation affairs at the national, state, and local levels, and South Wake Conservationists is proud to have him, together with his wife Regan, as members of the South Wake Conservationists chapter.
Be sure to register in advance to get a link for the webinar, sponsored by the South Wake Conservationists, a chapter of the NC Wildlife Federation.
