Fourteen of Chad Chandler’s friends joined in celebration with Chad and his wife Vicky Monday evening, thanking him for his many years of service in the role of Chapter President of South Wake Conservationists. Chad led the chapter from 2015 through 2021 and helped guide it from its early days as a chapter to the very active and growing chapter of today. The best part is, even though he has stepped down from that role, he has not let up an inch on pitching in on most of the chapter activities, including hosting the SWC table at public events, participating in the Eco Kids committee and events, working on pollinator gardens, and more. We are all grateful to have Chad as part of our chapter and look forward to many more years of promoting conservation while having fun together.
