Today was Mud Day at the Walnut Creek Wetlands Center in Raleigh. The weather was great, kids had a blast, and the South Wake Conservationists enjoyed sharing our exhibits at this event with all our conservation colleagues. We had a wide variety of frog activities, plus our special exhibit all about beavers reprising its original appearance at Kids in Nature Day. Jeff was out of town, but the team stepped up to make it very successful day. Thanks to Katie, Scarlett, Bob, Regan, Dave, Cissy, and John for all their help today!
