Do you enjoy beautiful nature walks in cooler weather? If so, we hope you can join us at scenic Yates Mill County Park, 4620 Lake Wheeler Road, Raleigh, NC, on December 12, 2021. We will meet at the main parking lot at 1:00 p.m. and will walk approximately 4 miles through a beautiful patch of woods, along several lakeside boardwalks and a small waterfall! Winter often brings beautiful over-wintering waterfowl and other awesome wildlife. Please bring appropriate footwear, water, a snack, a camera and maybe some hot chocolate!
