School’s out next week and so are the weeds! The new rooftop gardens we created with the students this spring at Southeast Raleigh Elementary School are doing very well, but we need to beat back the weeds that are trying to take over, especially crabgrass, believe it or not. How did crabgrass get up here?!
Many hands make light work, so please join us, if you are able. Trowels, buckets, and bags will be provided, so just bring garden gloves, water, and your enthusiasm for helping our pollinators!
